For for the first time in 2009, Kyle Busch left a race weekend without a race-winning trophy in hand and didn't appear a bit pleased with the way that happened.Kevin Harvick nudged Busch's No. 51 in turn four at Martinsville Speedway and passed him for the lead with 10 laps to go in the rain-postponed Camping World Truck Series Kroger 250 to win the event, but not before Busch fell deep in the field.
While trying to straighten out a fender by brushing the infield wall under caution, Busch crossed the pit road commitment line and earned a penalty for not pitting. Busch was relegated to a 17th-place finish in the Kroger 250, and afterwards, dashed directly towards the track's exit to the motor home lot.
Harvick's pass -- the finish nearly was a reversal of Busch and Harvick's 1-2 finish at Atlanta in the series' last outing -- probably wasn't the reason Busch wasn't in the mood to talk as it was a typical short track move. Instead, he probably wasn't happy about NASCAR's commitment line penalty, though his move was a direct violation of the rule.
Following Harvick to the line on a day that saw 14 cautions was his teammate Ron Hornaday with Mike Skinner third, Johnny Benson fourth and pole-winner Rick Crawford in fifth. The race was postponed from Saturday thanks to rain showers.
In case you missed today's action because of commitments like, say, work, here's the final 20 laps thanks to the wonders of Youtube -- complete with Kyle Busch's penalty.

I think there should be a fine and points taken from kyle bush. For his un sportsmen like conduct.Every time things don't go his way he throws his helment storms off the track. He's like a pre schooler how can't get his own way. as far as comparing him to dale sr or dale jr is stupid!!!!!! have you ever seen them guy's ever run like a baby from the track because thing's didn't go there way. I think nascar should do something about it. What roll model does kyle make not a good one for up incoming racers.I don't know about anyone else i am sick of watching it. Don't get me wrong kyle has talent. but there's more to racing then that.

Well Thomas, most of us know that Kyle Busch is an a$$hole. We just don't seem to mind because the kid is an amazing talent on the track and his winning streak speaks for itself.
Look, people get frustrated. I think Kyle is just filmed more. At least he didn't go straight over to Harvick and want to fight him like Edward's did last year, making a huge scene and eventually winding up looking like an idiot himself. My ten year old son is a HUGE Kyle Busch fan. I would rather my son stormed off fuming at himself during a sporting event then take his frustrations out on others around him. I used to think Kyle Busch was a poor role model for my son and encouraged my son to like another driver. He stuck with his man however, and I support his decision. It's a hot-headed sport. They all lose their tempers every once in a while. If my son hadn't been in school during the race and had he seen Busch act this way, I would have used the incident as a teaching tool. When you're a parent and you can't control all that goes on around you and your children, you have to take negative things and spin them into teaching/learning experiences.
Harvick's move was no different than the one Jimmie put on Hamlin to win the Sprint Cup race. The only difference, Kyle wasn't able to hold control of his car like Hamlin did. The mistake on pit road is his and only his. That can't be blamed on Harvick.
Congratulations to Kevin! It's about time we see him in victory lane, no matter what series it's in.

you have to remember your son is ten it's ok for him to act like he's ten not ok for a grown man thats supposed to be a role model to act like he's ten years old it's not the first time kyle acted like that. plus kyle did the same thing to kevin in atlanta. kevin didn't run like a baby off the track. he acted like a man with real sportsmen like conduct.
