Kyle Busch = Hope for Guys Everywhere

If all you want to do is know the simple answer to this question, I'll give it to you. In the from of a picture. At the right.

And no, I'm not talking about standing in victory lane.

I just don't get it, I guess. What is it about racing a car that seems to draw very, very good looking women into the arms of seemingly normal guys? It's not the firesuit (ever seen one of those on a runway?), there's no attractive aromas inside a race car, and if certain lady isn't a racing expert like Kevin Harvick's wife Delana, then sitting in the pits probably gets boring.

And better yet, how does Kyle Busch -- he's no candidate for Sexiest Man Alive -- manage to land a lady like the one that was on his arm in victory lane on Friday night at Chicagoland Speedway?

Now this isn't trying to rip on that lovely gal. Her name? Samantha Sarcinella. Thanks to TGOM (remember her?) and Answer This... we know she's been dating Kyle since Indy a year ago, graduated from Purdue University with a degree in psychology and hails from St. John, Ind. -- just 40 minutes from Chicagoland Speedway.

She seems like she's got a good head on her shoulders and certainly has the education to back it up.

But what is it about Kyle Busch (or any other driver, for that matter) that is so appealing? He's a little pale, wears some goofy glasses, isn't exactly built like a stick and ball sport athlete, and sometimes comes off a tad bit arrogant and aloof.

I guess that's a question left for the two of them. It's still perplexing to me.

Good for you, Kyle. You leave hope for the rest of us, as long as we can win -- and win a lot.

You don't have to win or even be Brad Pitt. All you need is money and lots of it. Women and men both will overlook many things if you just have the money.

Not my thing but it happens all the time.

Shame on you. It's just as easy to go out with a rich man as a poor man. Kyle is a professional and that's what most women want according to my wife. She would adopt Kyle if possible.
I do think Kyle's g/f is a cutie. Leave him alone.

I too have a BS in Research Psychology. Speaking from experience, those of us in the Psychology field tend to align ourselves with people who are confident and have a good head on their shoulders as well as a strong sense of self and a centered, strong personality with a heavy self-esteem. Kyle certainly isn't lacking any of the above mentioned qualities, so I imagine this nice young lady is partially attracted to those qualities. Trust me, there is nothing worse than spending your days helping those who are down in life with low self-esteem, depression, etc. You certainly don't want to come home to someone like those you've spent your entire day with. She's cute! Hopefully she will teach Kyle some humility and along the way, perhaps he will mature. :-)

It tends to be one of two things: money or personality.

First off, men have the good end of things. Women actually do want personality more than looks. (Well, most women.) On the generous side, really, maybe she really likes him. And he really likes her. And they're a match made in heaven.

Then there's the other side where the woman takes one look at the hottest property coming up in NASCAR right now and can see how she can cash in for the long haul. Let's face it - Kyle's racing style and talent means he's going to cash in really, really soon on the championship front (if not this year, in the next couple) and he's got longevity. As far as dating a professional athlete goes, he's a good monetary risk. Get in good with him and you're set for life. (Especially if he cheats on you and you can take him to the cleaners in a divorce settlement.)
