It's the Fourth of July, Why Are You Here?

Before heading to Daytona, the NASCAR drivers are getting their Fourth of July celebrations on--and you should be, too.

Juan Pablo Montoya and Marcus Ambrose are wondering what all the fuss is about, but will take a free day off nonetheless.

TGOM is going to the 4th of July Celebration at the Starlight Bowl tonight to take the Burbank Philharmonic Orchestra and a laser light show. Fire conditions are too dry for fireworks up there, but before the night's over we'll still have a chance to catch the Dodger Stadium display from my living room window.

Geoffrey Miller is already MIA so I have no idea what he's up to, but I can only assume it involves food, fireworks and fun.

Speaking of food, The Fanhouse is live-blogging the Nathan's Famous Annual Hot Dog Eating Contest. Gross.
